- Mark Neal is professional engineer, licensed in multiple states, and graduated in '90 from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mark has a diverse professional career that began in '90 with packaging and installing compressors for Dresser-Rand Compression Services. During his career he has worked as a Senior Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Turnkey Construction Manager, Engineered Product Sales, and Director of Engineering and Operations for midstream gathering and processing before starting his consulting business.
Business Development
- Jennifer Neal started her professional career with Dresser-Rand Compression Services in '97 and has a diverse background working as a Fleet Manager for Hanover Compressor Company, Project Controls for ONEOK, and managing contractors for drafting, inspection, and construction of gas pipelines and related facilities.
- Jennifer went to the University of Oklahoma for General Studies and Tulsa Community College for drafting.

- Kendell Churchwell is our consultant for our suite of Data Analytics offerings.
- Her career started at IBM as an IT specialist before moving on to business analysis and analytics roles at C Spire where she spent 10 years. She holds the following industry certifications:

- Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (IBF.org)

- Kendell has a Masters of Science in Biostatistics and Data Science from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MBA from Mississippi State University.
